This is Dean Steele from Metro Weather on Channel 12, As all of you know, a massive thunderstorm has been raging thought the coutry area causing some minor flooding and widespread power outages.
The good news is that a hight-presssure system is blowing in behind the storm, so the skies will be clearing up and all rain should stop by early afternoon.
Watch out, though! That high-pressure is bringing colder air from the northeast, so make sure to take a jacket if you're going out tonight as temperatures will be droppping as much as 10 degrees in some places(pp.46)
